Refund and Returns Policy
The provision of goods and services by Health Store Online is subject to availability.
In cases of unavailability you will be contacted.
Cancelation of orders
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet.
Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched from Health Store Online.
You will be notified before dispatch.
Damaged or broken products
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Health Store Online within one working day (24hours) of receiving it.
Standard shipping insurance is R1500. Should your products value exceed the standard shipping insurance of a R1500 you should tick the Enable shipping insurance checkbox in the checkout page.
We will then make a claim on your behalf and make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account.
Refunds
Should you require a refund due to or on account of damaged or broken products you need to inform us of this within 1 day (24 hours) after receipt there-off.
The courier company will then collect the damaged or broken products at the delivered address at earliest convenience .
After we received back the damaged or broken products we will inspect the damaged and or broken products to determine fault and liability.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards, downloadable software products and some health and personal care items will not be deemed refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Items that was on sale cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items (R1500 and above), you will be liable to pay for shipping insurance also.
We will handle all arrangements for collection at your earliest convenience.
Defective products
All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction.
If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and notify the courier to collect.
Shipping costs for the return will be for our account.
If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product.
The supplier’s remedy including the courier fees, is then up to their own discretion and Health Store Online itself will not be held responsible for issuing of a refund of the product, delivery and collection fees.
When sending your purchase back to the manufacturer you exempt Health Store Online of any further involvement, whether financially of liability.
Incorrect products
If you receive the wrong product you must contact Health Store Online within one working day (24 hours).
We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred.
If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered and send it to you on our account.
Refunds is not allowed in this instance.
Collection of incorrect product and delivery of correct product to be done by courier at your earliest convenience .
